Speaker: Billy Simons

I am the founder and leader of the Billy Simons Team at Trident Real Estate LLC focused on helping people by and sell homes throughout the tri-county area. I am also the founder of ATD Properties LLC which invests in real estate through short-term rentals, as well as rehabbing properties and acquiring properties for other investors. I'm also the founder of Loretion Capital which invests in early stage companies (primarily focused on technology and defense.)

I am a trail runner and have completed 11 ultramarathons, as well as a variety of other endurance events.

I am married to my wife Ana, who is from the Republic of Moldova and we have two daughters, Tena and Daria that are VERY active and are gymnasts. We enjoy time in the outdoors and traveling and are constantly on the go.
