Sustainable Practices at the Good Business Summit

• Virtual Swag Bag to highlight partner offerings and ditch promotional waste
• Compostable plates, napkins, utensils, and packaging for breakfast and lunch
• Partnership with Smart Recycling to manage waste, compost appropriately and guide our event vendors on best practices
• Encourage attendees to carpool and to bring reusable water bottles
• Reusable journals offered to each attendee
• Recycle and reuse attendee lanyards each year
• Use of solely local vendors to reduce transportation, environmental impacts
• Partner with local furniture stores and plant shops to produce stage decor and layouts – requiring no ‘new’ or single-use items
• Event geography is walkable/bikeable – once you’re here, you’re here!
