​In expert-led monthly sessions, seasoned communications strategists from The Favors Group provide Lowcountry nonprofit teams with tailored training, practical resources, and application guides to:

• ​Deepen mission engagement
• ​Increase issue awareness
• ​Activate funders, advocates, and partners

​Every session is uniquely valuable while also functioning as a series—so one-time attendees learn critical communications strategies, and returning participants stack session benefits for even greater mission visibility and community impact.

​During August's 'Know Your Audience' workshop, you'll learn:

• ​Why defining your audience segments matters and how it helps drive lasting mission growth
• ​Where to find (and how to analyze!) behavior and mindset data—using what you already track plus trusted third-party research reports to inform your audience profiles
• ​TFG’s “Three Keys” for creating concise audience snapshots that capture who they are, how they connect with your cause, and what moves them to act
• ​How to use each audience profile to tailor current and future mission, program, and event communications
• ​Simple training tools to help your internal stakeholders and staff adopt an audience-first mindset
