We’re honored to welcome Chris Singleton, a nationally recognized motivational speaker, who will share his story. Despite all the hardship he has faced, he continues to motivate others by showing what it looks like to move forward with courage and clarity after deep loss.

After Chris’s talk, Luke Shirley, Chairman of Quest, and Pastor David Dubay will lead a panel discussion to explore why men’s mental health matters, how grief impacts all of us, and what we can each do to build a more connected and supportive community.
